At Aevail, we are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

Please review the following shipping terms before placing an order.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • holidays,
  • product launches,
  • promotions,
  • high-order-volume periods,
  • or unforeseen operational delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

At this time, Aevail ships within the United States only.

We may expand international shipping availability in the future.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package weight,
  • order size,
  • shipping destination,
  • and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • weather conditions,
  • carrier delays,
  • holidays,
  • supply chain interruptions,
  • or other factors outside our control.

Aevail is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.


5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • shipping addresses,
  • billing information,
  • and contact details.

Aevail is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect customer-provided information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment confirmation.


7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should:

  • check with household members or neighbors,
  • verify the shipping address,
  • and contact the carrier directly.

Aevail reviews lost or missing package claims on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages marked as delivered.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • photographs of the damage,
  • and packaging images if applicable.

Replacement or resolution options may be provided at Aevail’s discretion.


9. Refused or Returned Packages

Orders returned due to:

  • refused delivery,
  • failed delivery attempts,
  • or incorrect addresses

may be subject to:

  • additional shipping charges,
  • restocking fees,
  • or partial refunds.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


10. Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery timing belongs to the carrier.

Aevail does not guarantee carrier performance, delivery dates, or uninterrupted shipping services.
